• If your order is given a tracking number you can track progress via Track/Reorder page
• Returns & Collections There is a £10 restocking charge for returned foods and a £5 charge for all other products. This will be deducted from your total refund. All items returned must be unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Legally we cannot accept any returns of prescription medicines for refund, they can return for disposal onlyIf you require us to collect any goods there will be a further charge of £6.00 to cover courier costs.
