Sale of Animal Medicines

The medicines available on this site are regulated by UK legislation and are available only to individuals in control of livestock. Failure to adhere to this may lead to criminal prosecution. In turn, false orders and attempts to deceive will be reported to the authorities.

Searching for Products

At Animal Medicines, we want you to find your products in as few clicks as possible. You can find products by searching or browsing.

To search

To begin a search from any page on the site, follow these steps: Go to "Quick Search" located at the top on every page. In the search box, type the product name or category. Either press "Return/Enter" on your keyboard or Click "Go".

If your first search is unsuccessful, try using just one or two keywords. For example, if you searched for "Panacur Wormer" without results, try typing just "Panacur"; then locate the specific item you want among the retrieved results. You can also search for products by selecting a product category (from the left of the page), or alphabetically (from the top of the page).

Your Shopping Cart

As you shop, we will keep the items you've selected in your shopping cart. Filling your cart with all kinds of products at reasonable prices. Here's how: Add a product to your shopping cart by clicking "Add" located next to each product. To buy multiple quantities of an item in your shopping cart, click the "Basket" button at the top of every page and increase the number in the appropriate "Quantity" box, then simply press the "update basket" button or press the "Return/Enter" key on your keyboard.

Removing Items From Your Cart

To remove an item from your shopping cart, click the "Remove" button located next to the appropriate product. When you delete an item, its price is automatically deducted from your total cost.

Proceeding to Checkout

When you have chosen all your products, Click on "Checkout" at the top of every page to purchase the items in your basket. Please read our terms and conditions before proceeding with payment and print off any prescription as required.

Method of Payment

Payment for ordered goods can be made by credit/debit card. We cannot accept payment by cheque. Following payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail stating that the payment has been authorised and debited from your account. An order reference number will also be included with this confirmation and should be kept for any correspondence.

Security

Animal Medicines is very committed to security and will ensure that all credit card and personal information is kept safe and secure. At no time are your personal or credit card details stored on our web site or accessible from it. We reserve the right to carry out checks on credit cards that are submitted to Animal Medicines which may involve telephoning the customer to confirm the details are correct, not shipping to a different address from that of the card holder and contacting the credit card company to check the address of the card holder and that the credit card is not lost or stolen.
